Creekside Village sits in Bagley Downs, just south of State Route 500 and between Interstates 5 and 205. Everyday stops stay close. Eleanor Roosevelt Elementary is on Falk Road in the neighborhood, Clark College is about two miles west, and WinCo on Andresen Road is about two miles east. Vancouver Mall is farther east along Fourth Plain Boulevard, the commercial strip at the south edge of the neighborhood.

Downtown Vancouver includes Esther Short Park, home of the Vancouver Farmers Market, the Vancouver Community Library, the Vancouver Waterfront, and the Amtrak station. Portland International Airport is to the east via I-205.

Downtown Portland is about eleven miles south on I-5, across the Interstate Bridge. C-TRAN’s Vine on Fourth Plain stops within about half a mile and runs between Vancouver Mall, Clark College, and downtown Vancouver. From downtown, weekday Route 105 continues express into downtown Portland, and Route 60 connects with TriMet’s MAX Yellow Line at the Expo Center in North Portland.
